At ARJ Los Angeles, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unused condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your home goods in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our studio without damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
